By accessing or using Dukaan Ledger, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Dukaan Ledger is intended to help businesses manage store operations such as inventory, sales, customers, suppliers, expenses, investments, credit records, and staff access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account or workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for the users they invite and the permissions they grant.
Dukaan Ledger provides tools for recording and organizing business data, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of all entries, stock values, financial records, and compliance with any legal or tax obligations that apply to your business.
Dukaan Ledger may offer trial access, complimentary access, and paid plans. Access to certain features or continued usage may depend on account status, entitlement checks, or subscription verification.
Paid plans, when enabled, may be sold through Google Play and may follow Google Play's billing, renewal, and cancellation rules.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or use Dukaan Ledger for unlawful activity.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but Dukaan Ledger is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, sync behavior, availability, and integrations may change over time as the product evolves.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Dukaan Ledger when needed for security, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, abuse, billing issues, or service integrity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dukaan Ledger and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including business interruption, data loss, or lost profits.
