We do not send store names, customer or supplier names, transaction amounts, IMEI values, email addresses, phone numbers, workspace identifiers, or Firebase user identifiers as custom Analytics event parameters.
Dukaan Ledger does not display advertisements inside the app. It does not use AdMob, banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, or other in-app ad placements. The presence of an Advertising ID for Analytics measurement does not mean that advertisements are shown in Dukaan Ledger.
Business records may be stored locally on your device for offline use and may also be securely synchronized so your workspace can provide supported online features and data continuity. We keep data for as long as it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms and controls.
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request deletion of your Dukaan Ledger account and store data by emailing support@dukaanledger.com from your registered email address. You may also submit a support ticket from inside the app after signing in.
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated store data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business reasons.
Dukaan Ledger is intended for business and general adult use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You may be able to update or correct certain information from within the app or by contacting us. Workspace owners are responsible for managing staff access and business records created within their stores.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
